What is Meridian Exercise & Yoga?

This fitness program is designed based on the wisdom of Chinese Traditional Medicine Meridians with proven stretching and self-care techniques to best serve today’s busy lifestyle. It not only exercises the external parts of the body, e.g. muscles, spine and limbs, but also enhances organ functions, strengthens the spine and promotes inner balance.

What will I learn?

In this program, not only will you learn the movements and stretches, but also how to use the skills to protect your spine and internal organs, improve posture, balance and coordination.  You will also learn meditation practice to reduce stress, improve energy and concentration level. The whole class is a mindfulness exercise that offers both physical and mental benefits to the students. Regular practice can help strengthen the nervous system, boost immunity, and maintain healthy weight and body functions.

The instructors, Dr. Li and Coach Maggie have more than 45 years of combined experience in teaching Internal Kungfu worldwide. They especially designed this program based on 40 years of clinical experience and their practice in internal Kungfu for more than half a century.

Master Dr. Qiangwei Rose Li

Master Dr. Li offers to the class more than 30 years of teaching experience in Wudang Internal Kungfu and meditation, her current relevant positions include:

Master Maggie Zhu

Margaret (Holistic Coach Maggie) was born into a family of martial arts and Chinese Traditional Medicine of six generations. Currently the Specialty Fitness Instructor at Google Headquarter, Maggie has been training in Internal Kungfu & Taichi since she was 5, and has more than 15 years of teaching experience worldwide. Her teachings combine traditional wisdom with new scientific principles for today’s busy lifestyle. The classes are specifically designed to suit working professionals, offering practical techniques for lifelong fitness and health.

Group Lesson:

Gather your family, friends or co-workers for a group lesson series with Dr. Li or Master Maggie. Your class content will be fully customized to suit the need of your group at a time to best suit your group’s schedule.

Private Lesson:

Practise at your own pace, learn a set of internal fitness skills 100% customized to best benefit your very own body and lifestyle, no matter where you are in the world!

*Free online trial classes are for groups with 15 or more participants. If you are interested in a private lesson, you may choose to gather 15+ participants for a free trial before deciding. Trial class is 40min in duration, regular classes are 1.5hrs in duration, unless otherwise designed for specific needs. Contact us to find out more.
