6 Acupoints to Reduce Eye Pressure and Wrinkles

Do you know there are quite a few of important acupuncture points located in a small area around your eyes?

Traditional Chinese medicine describes special acupoints that lie along meridians, or channels in our bodies. And it is believed that unblocking meridians through body scraping (Guasha) or massage can effectively enable a smooth flow of Qi in your systems and repunish organs' and overall vitality.

There are 12 major meridians connect specific organs or networks of organs, organizing a system of communication throughout your body. The meridians begin at your fingertips, connect to your brain, and then connect to an organ associated with a certain meridian. According to this theory, when one of these meridians is blocked or out of balance, illness can occur.

⚠️Remember: Guasha around the eyes must be done in a particular order and must be gentle as the skin around the eyes is the thinnest and fregilest!
