What is Meridian Fitness & Yoga?
Do you feel fatigued, bloated? Do you suffer from body pains, and poor sleep quality? This course will help you! This fitness program is designed based on the wisdom of Chinese Traditional Medicine Meridian System with proven stretching and self-care techniques to best manage commonly seen health concerns in today's busy lifestyles.
It not only exercises the external parts of the body, e.g. muscles, spine and limbs, but also enhances organ functions, strengthens the spine and promotes inner balance.
What will I learn?
In this program, not only will you learn the movements and meridian specific stretches, but also how to use the skills to protect your spine and internal organs, improve posture, balance and coordination. You will also learn meditation practice to reduce stress, improve energy and concentration level.
Each class is 90mins in duration. The whole class is a mindfulness exercise that offers both physical and mental benefits to the students. Regular practice can help strengthen the nervous system, boost immunity, and maintain healthy weight and body functions.
The instructors, Dr. Li and Coach Maggie have more than 55 years of combined teaching experience worldwide. They especially designed this program based on their in-depth medical experience treating common health conditions such as fatigue, sleep disorder, body pains, and fast aging. Over the years, they have helped thousands achieving a better health and lifestyle.

This live interactive class series is instructed in a small group format on Zoom, allowing the flexibility for you to benefit from anywhere in the world. Since we want every student to learn and benefit as much as they could, the class size is purposely kept small (usually no more than 20 students / class) for a personalized experience.
Each class is 90mins in duration, which includes:
1) 20mins of total body toning,
2) 40mins of Meridian specific knowledge and exercises,
3) 30mins of Meridian Yoga on the mat, directed self acupressure massage, and meditation.
