SHIPPING POLICY
Li Natural Healthcare website provides FLAT RATE USD$6.99 Shipping within USA for orders of any size & FREE SHIPPING when you order $79 or more!
USPS Flat Rate Shipping $6.99 to all lower 48 states.
We use standard USPS Priority Mail service, the regular transit time is estimated to be 3-7 business days.
CUT-OFF Time: 2 PM PST | Monday -Friday
- Every effort is made to ship confirmed orders the same day placed before 2:00 pm PST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day, and orders placed after 2:00 pm PST Friday through Sunday or on federal holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Li Natural Healthcare is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customer’s address, lost in transit, undelivered, or mistakenly seized.
USPS shipping policies state that delivery time will vary based on destination zip codes. You can check your estimated delivery time on the USPS website, or by following the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. While we cannot guarantee destination arrival time once your order leaves our facility, we do everything in our power to ensure timely and successful delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange minus 20% restocking fee based on your order value. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer service representative to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization), then once approved, you will be instructed to place the item securely in its original packaging with all the original document(s) that were delivered. The return office address will be provided to you for returning.

REFUNDS
After receiving your returned item(s), we will process your refund request. Please allow at least 3-5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. The refund payment will be in the form of electronic payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle to your designated account.
