The meridians related to the heart are the Heart Meridian and the Pericardial Meridian. Unblocking the related acupoints can prevent cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease, but it is not easy for ordinary people to distinguish them. In fact, they can be maintained by "turning the wrist", clockwise or counterclockwise. The clock is fine, because there are several important acupoints on the inside of the wrist, such as Neiguan, Daling, Shenmen, etc. This hand movement can also restore liver qi and stabilize emotions.
