BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Rinse content under cold filtered water, brew in a stove-safe teapot or pot with 6 cups of cold filtered water.
STEP 2: Cook on high heat and bring to boil, reduce to low heat to simmer for 20mins.
STEP 3: Filter the brewed tea into a cup. For best result, drink with a tsp of Li Natural New Zealand Manukau Honey.
