Course Enrollment Policy
General Enrollment Terms
1. Registration Fee
A $75 non-refundable registration fee applies to all new and re-enrolling students.
A re-enrolling student is a student who is joining a course again after their previous enrollment has terminated and who does not have an active enrollment.
2. Tuition & Term Cycle
Tuition is charged on a 12-week term cycle, beginning on the first class of the student’s active enrollment.
A $25 late fee will apply if tuition payment has not been received within 3 days of the term start date.
3. Automatic Renewal
To keep the enrollment active, courses automatically renew at the end of each 12-week term. Your payment information will be stored securely and automatically charged for each renewal unless you choose to pay for a term in advance.
A renewal notification email will be sent 7 days before the renewal date.
After completing at least one full term, you may choose to pause or cancel your enrollment before the next renewal.
To manage your enrollment subscription, please log in to your Li Natural account by using the email address you enrolled with. Your order confirmation emails also contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.
4. Returned or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or otherwise fails to process, the student will be notified by email and asked to review and update their payment method.
If payment is not successfully processed within 3 days, a $25 late fee will apply.
5. Allowable Leave of Absence
During each 12-week term, students may request an extension of up to 3 weeks due to personal circumstances, such as extended travel. For additional absences, students have the option of makeup classes via the class recordings.
Alternatively, a student may choose to withdraw from the course during the term due to an extended absence. If the student later wishes to return, the registration fee will apply to re-enrollment.
6. Health-Related Leave
If a student is unable to attend for more than 3 weeks due to a health condition, the term may be extended for the duration reasonably needed.
A medical note may be required to qualify for a health-related extension.
7. Instructor Absence
If the instructor is absent and a scheduled class cannot be held, the student’s term will be automatically extended to make up for the missed class or classes.
Instructor-related extensions are in addition to the 3-week allowable leave described above.
Cancellation & Pause Policy
Students may request to cancel or pause their enrollment between terms, subject to the following conditions:
- A minimum of 7 days’ written notice must be provided before the end of the current term.
- Requests received less than 7 days before the end of the term will take effect at the end of the following term.
- Cancellation or pause requests should be submitted in writing through the designated Li Natural communication channel.
